1- Govt. notification No. Admin/G-7(6)/2008 dated 04th November, 2008 the President Azad Jammu & Kashmir has been approved the Physical Planning & Housing Sector (Building Department) is declared as Employer and entrusted the leading role for the execution and  implementation of the Reconstruction Projects and also designated as  Reconstruction/ Building.
